Fiberglass Repair for Yachts & Boats

Collision damage, cracks, gouges and structural repairs, rebuilt with marine-grade materials and faired so the repair disappears into the original hull. Serving Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade.

Structural & Cosmetic Repair

Strength first. Then a flawless finish.

A fiberglass repair has two jobs: restore the strength of the laminate and make the damage invisible. We grind back to sound material, rebuild with the right glass and resin, and fair the surface before it is finished in gelcoat or paint.

From a dock rash gouge to a crushed bow, every repair is planned around your vessel’s construction so it performs like the original and looks like nothing ever happened.

Fiberglass FAQ

Fiberglass repair questions

Send us photos of the damage or schedule an inspection. We will tell you exactly what it needs.

Can fiberglass damage be repaired so it is not visible?

Yes. With proper grinding, re-glassing, fairing and a color-matched gelcoat or paint finish, a well-executed repair blends into the surrounding surface.

Can structural damage be repaired, or does the part need replacing?

Most structural damage can be repaired by grinding back to sound laminate and rebuilding with new glass and resin. We will assess the damage and tell you honestly what it needs.

Are spider cracks worth repairing?

Yes. Spider and stress cracks let water into the laminate and tend to spread. Repairing them early prevents bigger problems and restores the finish.

Can repairs be done at the dock?

Many cosmetic and above-waterline repairs can be done at your marina or dock. Larger structural or below-waterline repairs usually require a haul-out, which we can coordinate.

How long does a fiberglass repair take?

Small cosmetic repairs can take a day or two, while structural repairs take longer because of layup, cure and fairing time. You will receive a timeline with your estimate.

Will the repair match my hull color?

We color-match gelcoat or paint to your existing finish so the repaired area blends with the rest of the vessel.
