FAQ

Questions owners ask us

Don’t see your question? We’re happy to talk through your vessel’s condition.

How much does it cost to paint a yacht?

Pricing depends on the vessel’s length, the condition of the existing surface, the amount of fairing and repair needed, and the paint system you choose. After an on-site assessment we provide a clear, written quote, with no surprises once work begins.

Do you come to my marina or dock?

Yes. We bring our services directly to where your vessel is docked throughout Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties. Some projects, such as full repaints, may require a boatyard. We’ll advise during your assessment.

Can oxidized gelcoat be restored, or does it need paint?

In most cases chalky or faded gelcoat can be brought back through multi-stage compounding and polishing. When the gelcoat is too thin or damaged, painting becomes the better long-term option. Our assessment tells you honestly which one your yacht needs.

How is ceramic coating different from wax?

Wax sits on the surface and wears off quickly in the Florida sun. A marine ceramic coating bonds to the gelcoat or paint, forming a hard, hydrophobic layer that resists UV, salt and oxidation far longer and makes washdowns easier.

Do you work on boats as well as yachts?

Yes. While we specialize in yachts, we bring the same craftsmanship to sport fishing boats, center consoles and other fiberglass vessels.
